Castner Range National Monument is a 6,672-acre protected area on the eastern slopes of the Franklin Mountains in El Paso, Texas. The area contains ancient ruins and is a former US Army firing range, the area has been preserved due to the long-standing stewardship of the U.S. Army and Fort Bliss.

Layout design expands on the existing Castner Range's brand with photos provided by the organization setting the tone showcasing the natural beauty of the region as a backdrop and complement to the layouts for historical essays, scientific reports, and newspaper articles that chronicles the campaign progress with the support of Congresswoman Veronica Escobar and other representatives, among other information. Castner Range was declared a national monument by President Joe Biden on March 21, 2023.
