Chiroptera Coffee Brew

Chiroptera Coffee Brew is a brew that specializes in exotic coffee from Coffea Diversa Coffee Garden in the southern Brunca region of Costa Rica. Bats of the region chew off the exterior of native coffee cherries, this starts a process that culminate with the brewing of the coffee. Beans undergo a drying process that emphasizes the different flavors obtained during the overall natural process.
Brief
Design a brand for an exotic coffee brew that reflects the importance of bats in its coffee making process.
Solution
Chiroptera (kai·raap·tr·uh) is the order to which bats belong, meaning “hand wing”, it alludes to the great elongation of the fingers that support their flying membrane. The brand takes inspiration from Gothic art. Colors found in the Mexican free tailed bat (Tadarida brasiliensis) and little brown bat (Myotis lucifugus) are use throughout the brand. Chiroptera Coffee Brew comes in three different presentations: “Before Dawn”, “At Dusk” and “After Midnight” the times bats are active and also each corresponding to the different roast levels of coffee.
